Dear Parents and students ,
I would like to take a few moments to introduce myself. My name is Eliana O’Keefe and I will be your child's teacher this school year. This is my seventh year teaching,5 years in Palm Beach School District in Florida and two years in my country Colombia.I have a Bachelor of Languages Arts degree.
As an educator, I value my job and the opportunity that I will have to teach your child the requirements he/she will need to complete by the end of this school year successfully. Your child’s success in my classroom is my number one priority.
My philosophy for learning is that each child is unique, and each child learns in a different way. One of my jobs as a teacher is to help your child discover his or her individuality and work alongside with them to maximize it. I believe in hands-on experiences, learning creatively and learning though play.also enjoy spending time reading, exercising, and spending time with my 6-year-old son, I love traveling, learning and speaking new languages .. I am really looking forward to another fun–filled and educational year!
